Customer Service Representative
Job Description: Administrative/PlayCare
Duties/Responsibilities: Members will depend on your ability to care for their kids, to keep them clean, to keep them happy, to keep them entertained & engaged, and to keep them safe. You will be required to page the parent in the event of diaper changes/toileting assistance, illness, or injury. You will also be eligible for picking up shifts in the co-working area with the grownups as hours become available. In this area you may be asked to assist with meeting room scheduling and set-up, and membership queries & payments. You will be expected to maintain an area that is safe, clean, and functional at all times, and to respond to all patrons, big or small, with compassion, sincerity, and efficiency.
Requirements: Completion of Employment Application, Completion of Background Check, Current Basic First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (completed within 30 days of hire), and completion of PlayCare orientation. Job offers will be extended via email and employment will be confirmed once all requirements have been met.
Starting Rate of Pay: $8.56/hr, 10-20 hours weekly.
